Ingredients
- 1 large fennel bulb
- 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons chopped onion
- ½ clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Remove stalks and leaves from fennel bulb and cut bulb into thin slices (you should have about 2 cups). Toss well with remaining ingredients and chill for at least 30 minutes.
