Waldorf Salad
With making raw mayonnaise, this salad replaces the ever popular cooked food version.

Salad
  1. 4 apples
  2. 2 stalks celery, diced
  3. 1 cup raisins
  4. ½ cup walnuts
Dressing
  1. ½ cup Mayonnaise
  2. 2/3 cup orange juice
  3. ½ lemon, juiced
  4. 2 tablespoons honey
  5. ½ teaspoon orange rind
Instructions
  1. Place salad ingredients in a large bowl. Blend dressing ingredients in a blender. Toss dressing gently with salad.
