Oat Groat Cereal
- ½ cup oat groats
- Raisins or dried fruit of choice
- Raw almonds or sunflower seeds, or nut of choice
- Fresh or frozen fruit
- Agave or honey to taste.
- Almond milk
- Soak groats in water overnight in a covered bowl on the kitchen counter. In the morning, drain and rinse the groats. Add ingredients to taste and pour almond milk over the cereal and enjoy!
