Oat Groat Cereal
  1. ½ cup oat groats
  2. Raisins or dried fruit of choice
  3. Raw almonds or sunflower seeds, or nut of choice
  4. Fresh or frozen fruit
  5. Agave or honey to taste.
  6. Almond milk
  1. Soak groats in water overnight in a covered bowl on the kitchen counter. In the morning, drain and rinse the groats. Add ingredients to taste and pour almond milk over the cereal and enjoy!
