Chocolate Banana Protein Shake
  1. 1 cup almond milk
  2. 1 banana
  3. ¼ cup raw cashews
  4. 1-2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
  5. 2 tablespoons honey or agave
  1. Place all in a blender and process until smooth. If you have a high speed blender, freeze the banana beforehand or you can cut the banana in small pieces and freeze.
