Betsy’s Goofballs
  1. 2 cups raw walnuts
  2. 1 cup dates
  3. 1 tablespoons maple syrup
  4. 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  5. 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  6. 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  7. Flaked coconut
  1. In a food processor, chop walnuts into a fine meal. Add dates, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, and chop until well mixed. Remove from processor bowl and roll into small balls. Roll in flaked coconut or cinnamon or slivered almonds or any ingredient of your choice. Keep in refrigerator.
